Dr. Jonathan L. Smith is the statewide director of Church Health Strategy for Texas Baptists. A thirty veteran of preaching and pastoring, his calling is to equip pastors and lay leaders to grow God's Kingdom.

Cory recently began serving Texas Baptists (BGCT) as Youth & Family Ministry Specialist after serving the local church for over 20 years as a youth & family minister.

Prior to serving at the BGCT, I was a Preschool/Children's Minister for nearly a decade and received a Masters of Arts degree in Children's Ministry from Dallas Baptist University.

Laura has been the wife of a minister for 38+ years and a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Crossover Counselor for 25 years. She and her husband, Bobby, have 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. Bobby currently serves as Pastor of Holly Springs Baptist Church in the Nacogdoches/Garrison community.

Kelley Halsdorf is the Women’s Ministry Director at First Baptist Forney where she has served for 14 years.

Since 2017, I have served at Spring Baptist Church, Spring TX, as the Assoc. Pastor of Families & Discipleship and have 21 years of Education ministry experience in 3 Texas churches overseeing Sunday School/Life Group, Discipleship & Family Ministry.

Lanette James has been serving as a Kid’s Minister in Southern Baptist Churches for 28 years. She currently serves at First Baptist Church of Farmersville, Tx. She graduated with an MRE from Southwestern Baptist Seminary and has a heart and a passion for kids and their families to know and follow Jesus!

I serve at Harmony Hill Baptist Church in the Techarts department, where all things communication and production related to the church are created and managed.
